Shouldve listened to reviews

Horrible! App took forever to download. When I was finally able to open the App, it told me to go to the site and a card would be issued to me. Excuse me, people. I already HAVE a card. Then said I needed to register for an account. Oh for God sake. My UN and PW worked to get to a certain point. so I must have an account. If I didnt, whos account have I been making payments on? All I can say is a disgrace.
