Synchrony Car Care app good for
Thats the best option to make maintenance care, 1st not spend money in the time, 2nd make your credit with the payments on time and 3rd, you feel good with your personal mechanic shop....
Very convenient, I use it to buy my car tires and to keep up with maintenance.
Best of all, I use it to fuel my vehicle. Very handy and easy to make my payments online.
**Im happy with this c/c but could be happier if...the
company would offer incentives in the use of c/c. Like 6 months interest free? It would be nice.

Very convenient! To keep track of transactions on the go, Also to make payments. It keeps you stress free.
Some bad moments
The app works but you have to enter your password each time, still no Touch ID integration. Also no access to a digital card or Apple Wallet. Could be better but it is really lacking.
For some reason, this app does not recognize my log in information about 90% of the time. Its the same as what I use when I am on a computer, but it doesnt work when I use my phone hardly. Very frustrating
After moving, I needed to find a new place to service my car. When I tried the app and selected "find location", the app seemed to list nearly all service locations within X miles of my location; however, when I took my car to those shops, I was told "we dont accept that card". The app is totally useless for finding a new service facility.
Wow, this is a purposeful, useful app. Makes me even more sure I made the right choice when I signed up for the card. Downloaded, found a Brooklyn Meineke that takes it immediately. Payed for it like it was a Starbucks off my phone.
Way to make app look good and work well without all the obnoxious bells, whistles, ads I dont need.

This interface is horrible. Its taking too long for nothing to load. The wheel is spinning even tho Im not requesting the app to do anything. Furthermore, nothing about payment history or automatic payments are included, so I end up going to the website anyway because the app wont show me my payment schedule information. Do better.
I am having trouble logging in to my account using the CarCare ONE app. I keep getting a message that I must register first. My account is registered and I did go re-register, just in case. I changed my password and tried logging in again. if I use an incorrect password, I get a standard error message. If I use the correct password, I get a Please register first message every time. When I call or contact Synchrony Financial, either by chat from their website, or by phone, They tell me they know nothing of any app and I should contact CarCare ONE. One agent gave me the telephone number of my local auto repair store. I finally did get to an agent that, in very broken English, after a long hold with no hold music and just dead silence, told me that the app is broken and they are working on it and asked me if I had Internet Explorer or Google Chrome? Really? Fix your app, Synchrony Financial! At least provide decent customer support for it.
