NO APP SUPPORT FROM SYNCHRONY FINANCIAL
I am having trouble logging in to my account using the CarCare ONE app. I keep getting a message that I must register first. My account is registered and I did go re-register, just in case. I changed my password and tried logging in again. if I use an incorrect password, I get a standard error message. If I use the correct password, I get a Please register first message every time. When I call or contact Synchrony Financial, either by chat from their website, or by phone, They tell me they know nothing of any app and I should contact CarCare ONE. One agent gave me the telephone number of my local auto repair store. I finally did get to an agent that, in very broken English, after a long hold with no hold music and just dead silence, told me that the app is broken and they are working on it and asked me if I had Internet Explorer or Google Chrome? Really? Fix your app, Synchrony Financial! At least provide decent customer support for it.
