Cannot Log In

I have tried accessing my account with my (correct) username and password, and each time (after I am required to answer one of my security questions - again, each time), I receive an error message stating, "You must register your account on our website, then return with your credentials." When I do that, I receive another error message stating that I have already registered. Thats OK, though; Synchrony Financial has a nice, user friendly mobile website which I can use to make my payments, rather than this (obviously bugged) application.

Pretty useless

Tried to sign in, said I had to register my card. I tried that though a shortcut on the app. The website said the card is already registered (which I already knew). Deleted

Useless

Entered my credentials several times that I use on their website but says I have to keep registering. Delete.

Business Listing needs updated

I have used CarCareOne @ my car dealership more than once in the past few years , not even listed on my search. Business where I wanted to make a purchase couldnt tell me if they accepted CCO, main reason I got the APP. was to search. So back to ground zero. Will delete the App to the cloud.

Encouraging

This has loads of potential for making it easier to use and manage CarCareOne accounts.

NEEDS TO BE FIXED

There is a ton of errors and bugs that no matter how many times I put in my password and answers to security questions, it never works. Have YET to even sign on.

Dorsnt work

I had two accounts. The app only shows one, which is the account that has a zero balance and is closed. The app doesnt show the other account at all.

Really?

It shows the card with them that is not the car care one card. Plus to verify you with question every time you can proceed after every log in is so annoying. More changes before becoming a good app.

I have 3 car care one accounts and it only shows 1 of them. Having to answer a security question every time I login is also very annoying. I could understand if it was an unrecognized device but this is every time. Maybe yall should fix these stupid issues before constantly sending me emails asking me to download the app. Deleting until these things are fixed.

I have 2 accounts and it only shows 1. And the security questions are Geri f annoying. Pleas fix and it will get a better rating.

Terrible

You have to answer a security question every time you log on and I have had the app 3 days now and it has yet to load up my accounts so I can view them. Its just keeps loading and loading and loading but never opens. Serious bugs to work out.

Not having to answer a security question on every login is a subtle, but excellent, improvement.
