I have tried accessing my account with my (correct) username and password, and each time (after I am required to answer one of my security questions - again, each time), I receive an error message stating, "You must register your account on our website, then return with your credentials." When I do that, I receive another error message stating that I have already registered. Thats OK, though; Synchrony Financial has a nice, user friendly mobile website which I can use to make my payments, rather than this (obviously bugged) application.
